"Get Fit" Class is a series of different dvd's that are rotated to get maximum benefit from the exercises. These are all low-impact and easy to follow along with. This is a great group and very welcoming so come on in join us!

Suzy Ashmore is the instructor for our beginners 2 line dancing. This class is a little more advanced than the beginner 1 class. Come start with the basics in a fun, friendly environment!

Happy Birthday to You! Ariana from Brookdale Eden Estates will be bringing cake for our birthday party. The birthdays we are celebrating will be January/February birthdays. Anyone can come, even if its not your birthday. Everyone must register so we know how many to plan for.

Great group! If you play an instrument or just want to listen, come on down! Good music and great people! They get in a circle and go around singing and playing. Hope to see you soon!

We will have some supplies for scrapbooking. Bring your album and decorate it with our supplies. Also, we will be working on Albums for the Senior Center we have lots of loose pictures to go through. Come be creative with us!
