How do I activate new water service?

New service can be activated in one of two ways: 

  • In-person by filling out an application, providing your driver’s license (required) and paying the deposit amount of $100 with a $15 service charge. The City accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, Checks, Money Orders, or Cashier’s Checks. 
  • Online by visiting the 2TurnItOn website. Once on the website, fill out the online application. The deposit is paid by MasterCard, Visa, or debit card in the online system. Once completed, 2TurnItOn will email the City with your new water utility request. When the City completes the request, a confirmation and account number will be emailed to the applicant.
