[ARCHIVED] Utility Billing to Temporarily Close May 4 Until 1 p.m.

Heads up, Bedford! The Utility Billing Division will be temporarily closed on Thursday, May 4 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. for staff training. During this time, staff will be unable to assist customers in-person and via phone.

Utility payments can still be made via the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, online, or the drop box within City Hall, Building C (1805 L. Don Dodson Dr.).
