In December, the City launched the redesigned City of Bedford website at www.bedfordtx.gov. As part of the final steps to the redesign process, the Communications Division is looking for resident volunteers to participate in user testing, which will provide feedback on the changes.
During user testing, participants will be asked to navigate to a certain webpage, based on a realistic situation. Staff will record participants’ ability to find the correct webpage and the amount of time it took to navigate there.
Volunteers need to be 18 years of age or older, and available for in-person testing either the evening of Tuesday, March 7 OR Wednesday, March 8 for approximately two hours at City Hall, 2000 Forest Ridge Dr. For those who are not available on those dates, there is an at-home user-testing option, as well. Volunteers just need to have a home computer, as tablets and cell phones will not work for these purposes.
If you’re interested in participating, please fill out of the online form by Friday, March 3. City staff will reach out via email to confirm your participation.
