ORIGINAL POST: Currently, City staff cannot accept in-person utility bill payments or process utility applications due to technical difficulties with the system. However, customers can still make payments online, by mail, or over the phone through the third-party utility payment vendor.
Please note, anyone who made a utility payment over the weekend will not have it reflected in their account until the system is functioning properly again. Please note, this post will be updated when the issue has been resolved.
