The City of Bedford Municipal Court is offering a temporary Holiday alternative to clearing outstanding warrants and starting a payment plan. From November 16 - December 16, 2020, defendants may bring nonperishable food items of at least $100.00 value in exchange for a $100.00 credit toward their balance and removal of warrant status with thirty days to make next payment. A receipt demonstrating the purchase of the nonperishable food items must be provided with the delivery of donated items in sacks. Donations will be accepted at the Bedford Municipal Court 2000 Forest Ridge Dr. Bedford, TX 76021 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Once the defendant delivers the food items to the Municipal Court, they will receive $100.00 credit applied towards their balance, their warrants will be cleared, and they will be given 30 days to make their first payment.
