Online registration is required to receive the Zoom link to the live class. The ingredients you’ll need if you want to cook along with the instructor are listed below. This class should take about 30-45 minutes in total. |
TODAY'S CLASS: KOMBUCHA |
Kombucha is a sweet, fizzy drink made from bacteria, yeast, sugar, and tea. Many store brands are too sweet, too sour, or both! Making kombucha at home allows you to control the taste and still benefit from this delicious fermented drink. You will learn about the two-step fermentation process, how to flavor and store your kombucha, and how to keep your kombucha culture alive.
