Private Pavilion Rentals

Bedford park pavilions are available for rentals for graduation parties, family reunions, other summer activities, etc. Each pavilion offers unique amenities for an affordable price. View Bedford's Pavilion and Rental Policies.

Generations Park Lake Pavilion

In the heart of Bedford lies the newly re-opened Generations Park at Boys Ranch. With of over 60-acres to explore, there's more than enough space for reunions, parties, and more. The Lake Pavilion which sits next to the Boys Ranch Lake features picnic tables, electricity outlets, lighting, nearby grills, parking lots, and attached bathrooms. The playground is a short walk across the bridge. It is also the largest pavilion available for rent in Bedford. The pavilion can be rented as a whole or split into the 2 sides (north and south), for smaller groups. 

Rentals: $250 for a six-hour reservation of the entire pavilion. A refundable $100 damage deposit is due at the time of the booking for all private rentals. A fee of $20 will be added for non-resident pavilion rentals.

Generations Park Lake Pavilion-North

The Bedford Lake Pavilion can be split into sides. The North Side hosts the pavilions bathrooms, picnic tables, trash cans, and access to electrical outlets. 

Rentals: The north or south side are $145 each for a six-hour reservation. A refundable $100 damage deposit is due at the time of the booking for all private rentals. A fee of $20 will be added for non-resident pavilion rentals.

Generations Park Lake Pavilion-South

The Bedford Lake Pavilion can be split into sides. The South Side is considered lightly more private, has picnic tables, trash cans, and access to electrical outlets.

Generations Park Playground Pavilion

This playground adjacent playground is located at Generations Park at Boys Ranch and within walking distance to the Bedford Center YMCA. The Playground Pavilion can be rented for your private party, and has use of the attached grill, picnic tables, and trash cans. Generations Park at Boys. Nearby parking makes this pavilion easily accessible and a great option for birthday parties and other events.

Central Park Pavilion

Located on the same property of Roy Savage Pool, the Central Park Pavilion can be rented for your private party. Central Park is conveniently located in the City, near Pennington Field. This small 5-acre community park features picnic tables with grills, an ADA compliant playground with swings, a small covered pavilion, and a basketball court.

Rentals: $125 for a six hour reservation. A refundable $100 damage deposit is due at the time of the booking for all private rentals. A fee of $20 will be added for non-resident pavilion rentals.

Carousel Park Pavilion

Located on Simpson Terrace, Carousel Park sits next to Bedford Heights Elementary and has easy drive-in access from the road. This small 1-acre community park features plenty of shade, picnic tables with grills, a playground with swings, small covered pavilion, water fountain, and attached parking.

Rentals: $125 for a six hour reservation. A refundable $100 damage deposit is due at the time of the booking for all private rentals. A fee of $20 will be added for non-resident pavilion rentals.

Harris Ryals Park Pavilion

Located on the corner of Murphy Drive and Cummings Drive, Harris Ryals Park is a 32-acre linear park with connected trails. This community park features sidewalks for walking, picnic tables, a large playground with swings, and a small covered pavilion with an extra large attached grill.

Rentals: $125 for a six hour reservation. A refundable $100 damage deposit is due at the time of the booking for all private rentals. A fee of $20 will be added for non-resident pavilion rentals.

Stormie Jones Park Pavilion

Wooded areas surround this 13-acre secluded community park, which features plenty of sidewalks for walking, picnic tables, a large playground with swings, exercise equipment, sand volleyball, water fountains, restrooms, and soccer fields.

Rentals: $125 for a six hour reservation. A refundable $100 damage deposit is due at the time of the booking for all private rentals. A fee of $20 will be added for non-resident pavilion rentals.

Roy Savage Pool Rentals

Pool rental reservations are open now for May 27 through August 6, 2023.

The City of Bedford offers private pool rentals and cabana rentals during the summer at Roy Savage Pool at Central Park. For questions, please email Recreation staff.

Private Party Rentals

Located within eyesight of the playground at Central Park, Roy Savage Pool can be rented for your private party and is perfect for celebrations that include children. Private rentals at Roy Savage Pool are limited and booked on a first come, first served basis. Roy Savage Pool has a maximum capacity of 150 people.

Rentals: $175 for a two hour reservation and must be booked in advance. A refundable $100 damage deposit is due at the time of the booking for all private rentals. 

Private Pool Rentals

In the summer, private pool rentals are available: 

  • Fridays: 5:30-7:30 p.m. and 8-10 p.m.
  • Saturdays: 8:30-11:30 a.m., 5:30-7:30 p.m., and 8-10 p.m.
  • Sundays: 5:30-7:30 p.m. and 8-10 p.m.

Cabana Rentals (During Open Swim)

  • Smaller cabanas are one for $40, or two for $50. These cabanas hold approximately 8-10 people.
  • The large cabana is $50 and holds approximately 25 people.

Each cabana rental includes 10 free entry tickets to Roy Savage Pool. General admission is $2 per ticket for patrons over two.

Cabanas are available daily during open swim. Renters can choose any open two hours. Cabanas are rented on a first come, first served basis. Cabanas can be rented in advance by emailing Recreation staff or at the Roy Savage Pool box office, if cabanas are available.
