An application for a parade or picket must be completed and submitted before any parade or picketing may take place in the City of Bedford. However, a picketing permit is not required if less than three people attend.
Please download the application, complete it, and return it to the Police Department, 2121 L. Don Dodson Dr. in Bedford. A copy of the permit application is also available for pick-up in the Police Department lobby during normal business hours.
