50 and Better Water Aerobics
Water fitness classes specifically designed to meet the needs of those around the age of 50 and better. With the buoyancy of the water supporting your body while reducing the stress on your joints, this class is perfect for those looking for a low-impact workout as well as those who suffer from body/joint pain or arthritis. This class will focus on increasing the body’s range of motion, increasing flexibility, and strengthening muscles. Register here.

Off The Deep End Aquatic Fitness Classes
Bedford Parks and Recreation is happy to announce our partnership to provide high-quality aquatic fitness programs. Under the leadership of Linda Burbank, Off The Deep End Aquatics offers excellent opportunities to experience fitness classes with the benefits of buoyancy and a low-impact environment. No excuses not to #BFIT this summer.

Water Works Plus
An all the above approach, this class includes cardio, strength, abs, arms, and legs. Water Works provides a complete workout without the stress on your joints. Register here.
