TWILIGHT CONCERT SERIES (1)
Twilight Date Night

The Twilight Concert series returns for 2018 on Friday nights at 7pm. There are four free outdoor concerts scheduled each Friday in May at the Boys Ranch Park. Lawn chairs, blankets, and leashed pets are encouraged for an evening of FREE family entertainment. Each evening will feature a food truck with food available for purchase, yard games, pop up art displays, and a live outdoor concert (weather permitting). Wine and craft beer tastings will be available while supplies last. The tastings are generously provided by Silver Dollar Winery and Turning Point Beer.

Where do we sit?
Most people bring lawn chairs and blankets to use on the lawn for these free concerts.

What time do the concerts begin?
The concert is from 7PM-8:30PM

Are there bathrooms?
Yes. There are porta-potties. An accessible option is available with the porta-potties.

Can we bring alcohol?
You can bring anything you would like to drink to the free concerts, as long as there are no glass containers.

Where do we park?
Parking is available at the Boys Ranch Park - 2801 Forest Ridge Dr, Bedford TX 76021.

Can we bring our dog to the event?
You can bring your furry family member if it is on a leash and under your control at all times, well behaved, and you clean up after it. If a dog is disruptive or aggressive and spoils others' enjoyment of the concert, you will be asked to come back another time. Please consider if the concert volume is suitable for your dog’s sensitive ears.

What happens if it rains?
Texas weather is unpredictable, and we may not know if we have to cancel a concert until the very last minute. We make every effort to have a concert as planned, but if there is lightning, rain or anything that would be dangerous to our employees, the performers or our audience, or will damage our equipment, we will cancel the concert.

How do we know if a concert has been cancelled?
We make every effort to communicate when a concert has been cancelled just as quickly as possible. The first place to check is the City of Bedford Facebook page here. The next place to check is to call the Bedford Boys Ranch at 817-952-2323 and this page on the website.

Where can I find out more information about being involved in the Concert Series?
Please email cob.events@bedfordtx.gov or call 817-952-2317.

All tastings are while supplies last and all activities are weather permitting.
