What is the Community Powered Revitalization Program?
The Community Powered Revitalization (CPR) Program was created to help pair volunteers with homeowners from the City of Bedford who are unable to complete necessary repairs to their homes because of difficulties or circumstances beyond their control. Repairs are generally exterior replacing rotted wood, painting, fencing, yard clean-up, etc.
The CPR program is designed to provide help to those homeowners who are in the greatest need of assistance and are unable to perform the necessary work themselves. A homeowner must meet 1 or more of the following criteria to be considered eligible for assistance through the program:
- 62 or older
- Single head of household (single parent) with children under 18 years old living at home
- Veteran/spouse of a veteran

CPR Fall Blitz
To participate in the CPR Fall Blitz scheduled for October 15-16, completed applications must be received by September 3 2021.

Tarrant County Home Rehabilitation ProgramThe home owner rehabilitation program offers a housing rehabilitation program to Tarrant County residents living outside the boundaries of the cities of Fort Worth, Arlington and Grand Prairie. Rehabilitation includes major system failures, which includes roof, foundation, electrical and plumbing. ADA barrier removal is also provided, and ADA friendly features are added to improve living standards. For more information, please click here.
